Most customers start with 4 treatments spaced roughly 4 weeks apart, running from May through September. For properties with heavier mosquito pressure — like those near standing water, wetlands, or dense tree cover — we may recommend additional visits after assessing your yard.

Our essential oil treatments use plant-derived active ingredients — including rosemary oil, peppermint oil, and cedar oil. Results can vary depending on your property and mosquito pressure, and we'll always give you an honest assessment of whether this option is a good fit before you commit.
Available as a standalone service or as part of a seasonal program. For properties with higher mosquito pressure, we'll let you know if conventional treatment is likely to be more effective — we'd rather give you honest advice than sell you a service that may not meet your expectations.
